7-8AM – Team Breakfast*, includes volunteers
8AM – All volunteer timers & judges meeting in the CC lobby.
8:30AM - The log/wood assignment is done by the Head Judge
9AM - Events will begin with the Opening Ceremony Cut & Anthem
10AM - Raffle tickets and the competition t-shirts on sale in the Ceilidh
10AM – The snack bar is available in the Ceilidh for the public ($)
12-1PM – Team Lunch*, includes volunteers
3PM - The Campus bar (Ceilidh) opens
4PM - Teams must start their final event of the day by 4pm
(Showers available at the Stewart Athletics Complex for teams)
6PM - Awards at the Ceilidh
6:30PM - Team Dinner* and reception to follow at the Ceilidh
Note: FRIDAY, JAN 22 Team captains can pick up their Info package at the 9pm Captain's Meeting in the Centennial Centre main lobby.
