Captain’s Meeting - Friday, Jan. 27 at 9pm – hand out the Packs, collect fees, meet captains & head judge. Centennial Center meet in the main lobby.
Saturday, Jan 28
- BREAKFAST: 7am-8am in the upstairs Centennial Center (CC) Ballroom
- 8am Judge & Timers Meeting – CC Lobby
- 8:30am Head Judge hands out the wood at the truck
- 8:45am Opening Ceremony Cut & Anthems
- 9am events begin
- 9am-6pm T-shirt/Raffle table will be open in the Ceilidh along with the Snack Bar will by the Dietetics Dept.
- LUNCH: 12- 1PM in the Ballroom upstairs CC
- 4pm Ceilidh Bar Open - Teams will make their own supper arrangements. We will offer snacks in the Ceilidh for a 5 à 7 instead.
- 6pm all results are ready, begin announcing the awards (30 mins) & draw RAFFLE
