Breakfast – 6:30 a.m. – 7:45 a.m. Opening Ceremonies – 7:45 a.m.

Competition – 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Lunch – 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Break – 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Supper – 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Awards – 7:30 p.m.

Registration fees must be paid by cheque, and made out to UNB Woodsmen Team by Friday, October 21st, 2016. Due at or before the captain’s meeting.

Breakfast will take place in the lower level of the Student Union Building.

Participants are welcome to use the Lady Beaverbrook Gym facilities to freshen up during the break, starting at 4:30 p.m.
Supper and the awards ceremony will take place in the Student Union Building on the top floor at 6:30 p.m.
Please notify us of any food allergies by Friday, October 14th. Vegetarian options will be available for all meals.
Participants who are 19 years and older will have access to the Social Club after the awards, no cover charge, and happy hour from 8:00

p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Team participation must be confirmed by Friday, October 14th, using CILA registration and eligibility forms. Forms are available at www.cilawoodsmen.ca
The pool event for the competition will be accuracy cut.

If you have an irregular number of team members (ex. 8). Let us know so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Captain’s meeting will be at 9:00 p.m. on Friday, October 21st, 2016 in the Forestry & Geology Building, 2 Bailey Drive, UNB campus, Fredericton, NB, on the 3rd floor Room 306.
